The Redmond Region Orchestra Boosters supports the orchestra programs at Redmond High School, Redmond Junior High, and Evergreen Junior High. MUSIC IS GOOD FOR YOU!

Our orchestra students make beautiful music. Just as important, they  are building brain power. As a group of neuroscientists recently noted, music training reshapes the brain in ways that convey broader cognitive benefits. Music lessons, they say, improve IQ and nourish memory, coordination, and attentiveness.

String Jam '10: A Guinness World Record!

On April 10, 2010, 392 string musicians gathered at the Juanita High School Field House to set a world record for the world's largest string ensemble! Not only did we set a world record, but we raised nearly $7,500 for our district orchestra programs. Congratulations to everyone who performed!

Thank you to our volunteers and teachers, especially to Maestro Ferguson and our special guests Geoffrey Castle and The Bottom Line Duo!
